1.How do you control the quality ?

Our cooperating factory makes our products. We are fully involved in product development. Our R&D department source and customize the components of our products, and we have a QC system with strict QC standards to ensure every single product we sell is of high quality for our customers.
2.What is your Warranty?

Each of our products is covered by your warranty. When you have any returns, please feel free to contact us to return them back. We will cover it for you. Please check the details for it on our Return Policy page.
3.How do you ship?

All of your orders will be shipped from our factory warehouse in mainland China via DHL. All the products will be sent in our MP+ or TOPP packaging, or we can use generic packaging according to your requirement.
4.How long will it take to ship out my order?

It only takes 2-3 business days after your payment is confirmed.
5.What payment method do you accept?

The payment should be 100% completed in advance by T/T or PayPal.
